September 2026
DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, Aug. 24, 2026 (GLOBE
NEWSWIRE) –
Dubai Land Department and IPS continue advance
their strategic partnership to strengthen the emirate’s position on the global
real estate investment map, as preparations gather momentum for the 22nd
edition of the exhibition, taking place from 7 to 9 September 2026 at Dubai
World Trade Centre.
IPS convenes investors, real estate developers,
government entities, banks, decision makers, innovators, and industry experts
globally. The exhibition provides an exceptional international setting to
showcase Dubai’s real estate vision, investment opportunities, landmark
projects, and emerging destinations, while strengthening engagement between
investors and the key stakeholders shaping the real estate sector.
The partnership reflects a shared vision centered
on supporting sector growth, expanding international investment flows,
advancing transparency and market efficiency, and reinforcing Dubai’s position
as a leading global destination for real estate investment. It combines the
institutional and regulatory leadership of Dubai Land Department with IPS’s
international reach and its ability to connect high potential property
opportunities with global capital and specialized expertise.
This year’s edition comes amid continued strength
across Dubai’s real estate market, reflecting its resilience and sustained
investor confidence in its competitive fundamentals. In the first quarter of
2026, the value of real estate transactions in the emirate reached AED 252
billion, representing year on year growth of 31% in value and 6% in transaction
volume. Real estate investments totaled AED 173 billion across 57,744
investments, while foreign investment rose by 26% to AED 148.35 billion.
These indicators support Dubai’s efforts to broaden
its investor base and attract international capital, underpinned by an
integrated framework of progressive legislation, advanced infrastructure,
digital transformation, efficient procedures, and policies that promote
transparency and investor protection. These efforts also align with the
objectives of the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033 and the Dubai Economic
Agenda D33, which seek to enhance the emirate’s competitiveness and strengthen
its position within the global economy.
IPS presents a comprehensive program comprising the
Main Conference, Institutional Investors Conference, IPS Women, interactive
workshops, and specialized training programs. The exhibition also features
dedicated platforms for project launches, investor engagement, and Investment
Destination Presentations, alongside discussions covering the latest global
developments in real estate investment, PropTech, sustainability, smart cities,
and finance.

Department’s commitment to strengthening the emirate’s position as a leading
global destination for real estate investment. The exhibition provides a high

exchange, and building partnerships that support the sector’s sustainable
growth. This partnership also contributes to the objectives of the Dubai Real
Estate Sector Strategy 2033 by reinforcing transparency, promoting innovation,
and strengthening investor confidence across the market.”
Dawood Al Shezawi, President of IPS, highlighted
the partnership’s role in strengthening Dubai’s presence across the global real
estate landscape, noting that it reflects a shared vision to position the
exhibition as an international gateway to the emirate’s property market.
Stating:
“By bringing together regulatory leadership, market
intelligence, high potential projects, and access to international investment
networks, IPS creates promising pathways for capital flows, institutional
collaboration, and business expansion, further strengthening Dubai’s influence
in shaping the future of the global real estate sector.”
Early indicators for the upcoming edition point to
growing international interest, with the total exhibition area increasing by
38% compared with the previous edition. IPS also builds on the strong momentum
achieved in 2025, when the exhibition attracted more than 30,000 visitors from
153 countries, representing 182 nationalities, and facilitated deals and
commercial agreements exceeding AED 1.84 billion, equivalent to more than USD
500 million. These results reinforce the exhibition’s ability to translate international
participation into actionable investment and business opportunities.
The partnership between Dubai Land Department and
IPS continues to provide international investors and institutions with direct
access to Dubai’s real estate market, supporting investment attraction,
expanding business opportunities, and advancing the emirate’s strategic
objectives for the property sector in the next phase of growth.
